Are Lights Lacquer products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be 100% vegan and cruelty-free. Our formulas are also 12-free, meaning they are made without the most common harmful chemicals found in traditional nail polishes.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders typically process within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, standard domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to select international countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used nail lacquers. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
How can I prevent my polish from chipping?
For the longest-lasting manicure, we recommend starting with a clean, dry nail. Apply one layer of our So Over It base coat, two thin layers of color, and seal it with our So Glossy top coat.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we strive to process orders quickly, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted. Please double-check your shipping address and items before completing your purchase.
